S&B 2018-2025 Ford F-150 & Raptor 2.7L/3.5L EcoBoost Cold Air Intake

The stock intake on the 2018+ F-150 EcoBoost is built for noise suppression, not airflow. It works at factory power levels, but it becomes a bottleneck once you start stacking upgrades. More air in means more power out, and the OEM system leaves a lot on the table.

The S&B 75-5122 replaces the entire factory airbox with a purpose-built system that flows 43.10% better than stock, verified through ISO 5011 testing. The enclosed airbox seals off the filter from engine bay heat, so your turbos pull cool, dense air on every pull. All soft components (air scoop, couplers, tube seals) are premium silicone rated to 400°F. No cracking, no heat degradation.

The oversized cotton filter is washable and reusable, with a 99.27% filtration efficiency rating. A snap-in inspection lid lets you check filter condition without pulling anything apart. Install uses basic hand tools with factory mounting points. Also fits the 2018-2025 Ford Expedition 3.5L EcoBoost.
