Our catalog includes turbochargers, complete turbo kits, turbo manifolds, intercoolers, charge piping, intake systems, downpipes, wastegates, blow off valves, fuel system components, and related accessories.

Many of the products we sell are vehicle-specific, special-order, or manufactured for a particular application. Because of this, most items cannot be restocked or resold once an order has been processed.

We encourage every customer to verify vehicle compatibility before placing an order. If you’re unsure about fitment or product selection, our team is always happy to help before you purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise stated below, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been shipped or delivered except in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

Any item that has been installed, test-fitted, modified, disassembled, or used in any way

Many products are sourced specifically for your order or are application-specific. Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, associated costs cannot be recovered.

We strongly recommend confirming your vehicle year, make, model, engine, and any modifications before placing an order. Our technical support team is available to help determine the correct parts for your build.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind every product we sell.

If your order arrives:

damaged during shipping,
with a manufacturing defect,
or you receive the wrong product,

please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the situation, Diesel Spool may:

send replacement components,
replace the complete product,
reship the correct item,
or provide another appropriate solution at our discretion.

To submit a claim, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos clearly showing the problem
Photos of the shipping box if applicable

Claims should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be reviewed but cannot be guaranteed.

The Following Are Not Considered Defects

The following situations are not eligible for return or replacement:

Incorrect part ordered by the customer
Incorrect vehicle information provided during ordering
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function or fitment
Damage caused during installation
Damage caused by improper installation
Damage caused by misuse or abuse
Normal wear and tear
Compatibility issues caused by aftermarket components or modifications not supplied by Diesel Spool
Products altered, painted, welded, machined, or otherwise modified after delivery

If a replacement is approved, we may request the original item be returned before a replacement is shipped.

When a return is required due to our error or a verified warranty issue, Diesel Spool will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation requests are only possible before an order has entered fulfillment, production, or shipping.

If cancellation is approved before fulfillment begins, a full refund will be issued.

If processing has already started, an administrative or cancellation fee may apply to recover costs already incurred.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Orders ship from fulfillment locations throughout the United States and Canada.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, inventory availability, and shipping method selected during checkout.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Diesel Spool is not responsible for:

carrier delays,
weather-related delays,
lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information,
or shipping damage that occurs after carrier acceptance.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

If visible shipping damage exists, photograph both the packaging and contents before installation and contact us promptly.

Refused Shipments & International Orders

International customers are responsible for all:

customs duties,
taxes,
brokerage fees,
import charges,
and any other government-imposed fees.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because import fees were not paid, the customer remains responsible for:

original shipping costs,
return shipping costs,
brokerage charges,
customs fees,
storage charges,
carrier surcharges,
and any additional expenses incurred.

These charges will be deducted from any approved refund or credit.

If total charges exceed the order value, the customer agrees to pay the remaining balance.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge responsibility for all import-related obligations.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during:

sales,
promotions,
clearance events,
or using promotional pricing

remain subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or shipped incorrectly.

Discount codes, promotional credits, and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, the following terms apply:

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Processing typically requires 5–10 business days after approval.
Banks and credit card providers may require additional time before the refund appears.
Diesel Spool is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

Partial refunds may be issued when applicable, including situations involving:

cancelled special-order products,
partially fulfilled orders,
shipping charges,
administrative fees,
or other non-refundable costs.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product.

Where applicable, warranty claims are handled in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty policies.

Diesel Spool will gladly assist customers with the warranty process whenever possible but cannot extend warranty coverage beyond that offered by the manufacturer.

Warranty coverage does not include:

improper installation,
racing abuse,
overheating,
oil contamination,
lack of lubrication,
foreign object damage,
modification after purchase,
or misuse.

Third-Party Purchases & Gift Orders

If a product was purchased by someone else, including as a gift, any warranty, return, or refund request must be submitted by the original purchaser or authorized using the original order email.

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

Diesel Spool’s total liability relating to any purchase shall never exceed the purchase price of the product(s) involved.

Diesel Spool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

labor charges,
installation costs,
dyno tuning expenses,
towing,
rental vehicles,
vehicle downtime,
missed racing events,
lost profits,
loss of business,
or any other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
