SPD Performance 2021-2026 GEN3 Raptor & Raptor R HX Series Valved Muffler Upgrade

If you own a GEN3 Raptor, you already know the sound. That tinny buzz and rattle at idle and light throttle is the factory valved muffler. It is a common issue that has troubled Raptor owners, and no exhaust mode tunes it out. It just rattles.

SPD’s HX Series valved muffler is the fix. It is a direct replacement for the factory valved muffler that resolves the OEM valve and muffler rattle while keeping everything the factory system does well. All four exhaust modes stay live: Quiet, Normal, Sport, and Baja. You still control the truck the way Ford set it up. You just lose the rattle and gain a far better note.
