S&B 2022-2025 Ford Bronco Raptor 3.0L EcoBoost Cold Air Intake

The factory intake on the Bronco Raptor uses restrictive baffles that limit airflow and muffle the turbo sound. It is designed around noise suppression, not performance. If you want to get more out of the 3.0L EcoBoost, the intake system is one of the first things worth replacing.

The S&B 75-5168 replaces the entire factory intake path. The kit includes a large front air scoop, a massive airbox and filter, and high-flow intake tubes that connect all the way to the turbo. That means unrestricted airflow from the scoop inlet through to the turbo inlet, with no factory baffles left in the way. S&B’s ISO 5011 testing shows 41.91% more airflow than the stock system with a 99.10% filtration efficiency rating on the cotton cleanable filter.

All soft components in the kit, including the air filter, coupler, tube seal, and scoop, are made from premium silicone that can handle temperatures up to 400°F. Silicone will not crack and has exceptional tear strength compared to factory rubber. The snap-in lid requires no screws, making filter inspection quick and easy. A silicone edge trim provides a protective seal against engine bay heat and debris.
